I declare that I am the owner/trainer of the dog named on this form and verify that this dog is not a hazard to other dogs or people. I agree to abide by all rules and decisions of the Kenosha Kennel Club, Inc. I agree to hold harmless the club and all persons connected with the club in any capacity from any and all liability. I further agree that I will be responsible for any and all injuries to people and dogs and any damage to property caused by me or any dog which I may bring to training class or any other function of the Club.

If the owner and trainer is under 18, a parent must sign as the owner, which gives permission for the child to participate in the program and accepts responsibility as stated above.

Training Rules for the Kenosha Kennel Club

The Board of Directors agrees that the KKC will continue as a non-pinch collar club and that the KKC does not advocate, at club functions, the use of German collars, pinch collars, or prong collars, or any other collar which resembles, or whose mode of action is similar to, the aforementioned pinch collar, and that specialized training collars may be used in special extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the Director of Training.
All dogs must be on leash on training property, unless told otherwise by the instructor.
Client dogs will be used for class demonstrations when possible.
KKC will make available, for sale, the proper equipment for beginner dogs.
There will be no smoking inside the training building.
Any action that could be abusive, harmful or dangerous to any dog or person will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, hitting, kicking, inappropriate language or actions, or any other physical or verbal act.
There will be no refund for unused classes.
